Luis Jr. built his first youth soccer club in 2013, Barca Elite FC in Maryland, with the goal of educating, coaching and developing players and teams to compete in the most competitive leagues in the East Coast.
Now working for GotSoccer, an international football software company, Luis Jr. has worked with professional soccer leagues and clubs in almost every continent in the world including the top leagues in Europe, South America, North America, Asia and Oceania.
Luis is responsible for establishing corporate partnerships for PFC that enhance growth opportunities for PFC players and clubs.

He has experience developing players that have played at the collegiate, professional youth academy, and professional levels, Luis Sr. is responsible for identifying talented players in the United States to go on trial at with our professional soccer Club Partners.
Luis Sr. also works with our Club Partners at the professional and youth level to ensure all parties are getting the full benefits of their partnership.
